Avoid an increase amount of sugar intake, visit a Nearby GP or polyclinic for an anti-fungal suppository to insert into your vagina every night or a simple topical cream to apply as directed by the doctor. that will help reduce the inflammation and get rid of the infection. Some natural remedies i used was inserting garlic and using coconut oil (yes dont judge) but that didnt work out well FOR ME. Practice good genital hygiene, and avoid intercourse until fully recovered.

Hi! Not sure if this will help, but best to seek your doctor’s advice. https://www.webmd.com/women/guide/yeast-infection-treatments-over-the-counter-vaginal-creams

Take probiotics on a daily basis like yoghurt. Vitamin C helps too! Most importantly keep your down there dry at all times.
