My 7months old baby fell off

Is it OK not to see a doctor to check up on her. I am worried? but my husband told me it is OK because he fell off the normal lying down when sleeping.

Pa check up mo nlng sis para makampante ka. Kung ako yan papacheck up ko kasi delikado yang hulog hulog na yan, lalo na pag nauntog or what😊
