It is believed that chia seeds helps in lactation however, i think it doesn't work on all people. Some foods/ways works on me but might not work on u. So far, chia seeds help me maintain but it doesn't boost up in my last bfing journey. Currently am still bfing my 8th mth old baby but have not started on any cos my supply is still ok as I'm latching on demand.

I concur with the above mummies...whether it helps in lactation, really depends on individual. Myself I brought Nutiva black chia seed to try too. I dont see much increase in my supply..so I just eat it as health food for myself. Chia seed is rich in protein and fibre, thus good for us too.

Nutiva? Nvr heard of it but think chia seeds should be more or less the same. Whether it helps in lactation or not, it depends on individual. It might work for you but might not work for me or vice versa. No harm trying to see which works as a booster for you.
