Any mummy taking Chia seeds ? Whats the benefit and can pregnant woman take chia seeds ? Any side effect ?

I took them. Chia seeds high in omega 3, good for digestive system, helps with constipation, maintains blood pressure and good jaw exercises. I heard of some developing aching joints for those who took with honey water. Too cooling. One tablespoon a day with your favourite juice or yogurt is sufficient. Take in moderation. If your blood pressur is borderline low, please monitor your blood pressure. Avoid taking if your blood pressure goes down.

Chia seeds is very good and healthy! no side effects for me. Add them in cereals, yogurt, smoothies or even on your fruits.
