Nowadays do you all follow the confinement rules? No bathing for a month? No washing hair? No aircon?

For my #1, I follow confinement rules for a while and got so depressed that I stopped totally after a week but my eczema was so bad that I was suffering.. For #2, I ditch all rules..I was much happier..
