Nowadays do you all follow the confinement rules? No bathing for a month? No washing hair? No aircon?

Nope, I showered once I got home from hospital. I would've showered earlier if not for the pain from my csect wound. I did shower with herbs and drink soups meant for confinement though but that's about it.
