Little milk to pump after baby has nursed

Is it normal to only get a little milk when I pump after nursing my baby? I pump 30 mins to an hour after baby has nursed and pumped for 20 mins. He's currently having a fever after his immunization and nurses often. Not sure if it's because of that? Normally when he does not nurse, I will get more when I pump.

If you’re nursing so often, no need to pump in between:) please go get some rest too. When baby starts drinking every about 3 hrs, then pump in between, about 1-1.5hrs after nursing:)
