Did i get pregnant?

Its normal if not coming 2 weeks menstruation. Last week I had a blood spots for a day .. I tried the upt 3x but still negative ..i have sign and symptom nausea,abdominal cramp and heart burn.. did I get pregnant?

if tried upt for 3 times still negative, it's advisable to see a doctor.
