my 1st tri was quite severe. sickness n gastric. cant eat anything, but you have too since gastric is more painful to bare. i just keep on eating fruits. watermelon & pear to keep my tummy fills

yup..mine also gastriks during first trimester, and have really bad morning sickness, and cant eat anything..so i try to eat fruit to keep my tummy full
