Gained Weight During Pregnancy

Is it normal to gain weight from 62kg now almost 69kg. Im 5months pregnant. 7kgs in 5months time. Huhu any tips to maintain the weight?

Normal sis, berat akan naik time pregnant..sy sebelum pregnant 50kg, skrg 7 month preg berat dah 64kg 😅
