Alot of my friends went to Bintan or Langkawi for their babymoon. Not too sure why but I'm guessing it has a lot to do with distance and accessibility. Bintan is a short ferry ride from Singapore and their resorts are pretty, relaxing and perfect for lazing around and doing nothing. If you are up for a short hop on the plane, perhaps you can consider Langkawi. This place is popular for second-time or third-time mothers because of the number of activities available for their older children. This article lists the best 8 places for baby moon trips, perhaps it can inspire you: http://sg.theasianparent.com/babymoon-best-places-to-go/
We went to Phuket - key criteria were proximity to hospitals in case there was an emergency, relaxing resort since I couldn't move around much, good quality food so I wouldn't get sick and a quick direct flight away from Singapore in case we needn't to come back
