Its common to have insomnia during pregnancy, but it won’t hurt your baby. Other reasons why you can’t have proper sleep is because your belly is growing, change of hormones or maybe leg cramps. Just get yourself tired through out day, come up with a bed routine that suits your time to sleep, turn off any distractions.
