My mother in law does not seem keen to take care of my baby. Have to think of alternatives. Is getting a nanny or infant care centre better?

We're putting our little one in an IFC next month. She will be about 14 weeks

infant care has better care for bb but more prone to illnesses.

How about hiring a maid, and install CCTV around the house to monitor?
