Infant care/helper

Hi mommies, i have been trying to research which is a better option to take care of my baby when im back to work after maternity. Is sending them to an infant care better or to hire a maid?

maid-if you can trust them, you can have a better life after work, if not infant care will be best for you if you have a trust issue, but you have to rush to pick up and prepare dinner after that.

Depends on your needs. I ended up hiring a maid instead. Less burden on house hold chores, spend more quality time with baby. :)

If i can afford, personally I prefer infant care. Baby get to interact with other babies. Might be able to learn more.

Infant care would be good for baby's growth and development - teachers keep them occupied with activities
