This is perfectly normal as the baby grows older they will consolidate their nap and sleep longer in that nap. If she seems tired before 10pm bedtime, try to wind down 1 hour before 10pm so to prepare her body to sleep earlier. This will take time to train her to sleep earlier say 8pm or 9pm.

Hi Wendy, yeah this is totally ok. If your LO sleeps through the night and still have tons of enegery, her body will decide what's good for her. Forcing her to go to sleep might just cause her to wake up at night.

yes its ok, same goes with my son, normally he takes nap at least 3-4 times a day but now, not anymore. he more to playing and only sleep when he feel tired or sleepy. so there’s no need to worry about this.😊
