sama la kita.. yg pasti lepas mkn jgn mnum bnyak air.. klau x lagi cepat la muntah .. lpas mkn dduk dulu dlm 15 mnit cmtu.. sy sllu lpas mkn akn muntah smpai hbis kluar apa yg sy mkn.. takat ni sy try dduk 15 mnit tu kurang la skit gjala mntah tu 😅
