Hi Mumshies! Just wanted to ask. I am 9w preggy now and i was advised by my OB to take Folic Acid and Milk only. My officemates are wondering why my OB didnt gave me some vitamins while on their journey they were given some vitamins for them to intake. How about you mums?
hi po,pano po kaya yung sakin,may effect po ba kay baby kung 8 weeks plang po ako nun ang vitamins na binigay sakin is dha,folic acid at calcium..once a day 14 weeks napo tiyan ko now.sana po may sumagot.salamat po
