No Vitamins yet

Hi Mumshies! Just wanted to ask. I am 9w preggy now and i was advised by my OB to take Folic Acid and Milk only. My officemates are wondering why my OB didnt gave me some vitamins while on their journey they were given some vitamins for them to intake. How about you mums?

Same sis. I only take folic and milk during that week. My ob prescribed multivitamins together with iron later pa. You can ask your ob na din on your next check up.
