Hi Mumshies! Just wanted to ask. I am 9w preggy now and i was advised by my OB to take Folic Acid and Milk only. My officemates are wondering why my OB didnt gave me some vitamins while on their journey they were given some vitamins for them to intake. How about you mums?

ako po pang 10 days lang ung nireseta sakin ng ob ko. Duphastan sa umaga at gabi at folicart sa gabi. 11 weeks preggy na po. pwede ba ako uminom ng anmum kahit hindi sinabi ng ob ko po?
