Hi Mumshies! Just wanted to ask. I am 9w preggy now and i was advised by my OB to take Folic Acid and Milk only. My officemates are wondering why my OB didnt gave me some vitamins while on their journey they were given some vitamins for them to intake. How about you mums?

me too 1st tri folic acid Lang.. second tri na ung vitamins like calcium and amino acid 😊
