Gastric VS 1st time Pregnancy

Hi mums, Jannah here?. I want to ask any opinion or advices in my case?.. Im 3 month 2 week pregnant and sya pun baru tahu sya prgnant after meet doctor to get gastric medicine last week?..sblm tu dah 2x jumpa same doctor. Apa pemakanan yg sya kne follow for gastric but in the same time im pregnant?.. Kindly share with me,,much loves?
