need some advice please

hi mummy's.. im pregnant 7 weeks now.. but bleeding this 2 days.. im really worried because before this i have faced miscarriage twice. 4/18 and 9/18.. how should i do?? I bought duphaston but im afraid to consume it without doctors instructions.

consult a doctor as it might be a threat of miscarriage. if its light spotting then its nothing to worry about but still do consult a doctor.
