I used confinement angels. The nanny is OK she's a great help for night feeds. I find the agency quite gd as they follow up with me directly for any feedback and the nanny is also required to submit weekly feedback filled up by mummy in the baby booklet. They are quite structured and very responsive. Previously abit worried as they dun have much reviews or review not v gd. Luckily went well, I would recommend them.
I used pem. Getting a CL.is like hiring a helper. Heng or suay. But pem allows 2 exchange within 2 weeks. I think other agency is 1 exchange nia
I used pem and got a nice auntie... it is really luck as there are gd and bad reviews everywhere
