Breastfeeding

Milk boost

Hey mummies! When should I start consuming foods that will boost my milk supply? Like during pregnancy or after birth.. like when exactly? Because previous pregnancy I didn’t really know much of this. And could only Breast feed for 1 month as milk supply was so little. I would like to provide more for my second one. Kindly advise... Thank you!

Avocado, durian, oats, milo, yogurt, milk I always consume avocado milk or avocado yogurt and daily morning will have a cup of milo, it helps boost my milk supply very fast.

Please check with your gynae first. But legendairy has some supplements that can be consumed from wk37. Maybe you can check it out
