Boost milk supply

Anybody know how can I boost my milk supply during pregnancy ? Does eating lactation cookies works? And can I consume during pregnancy?

I heard lactation cookies to be taken only after delivery. It has no effects for some mummies. Ripe fresh orange papaya works for me. But needs to eat in moderation if baby have jaundice. I am trying durian this weekend.

Actually, the boosting comes after you’ve delivered:) don’t worry too much about that for now, but ensure that you eat a well balanced diet and have good nutrition while you’re pregnant:)

Hey, I would suggest have balanced healthy diet right now and don't worry too much about the breast milk, as the body accordingly adjusts the milk supply post delivery

There will be supply when theres demand. When the baby is born, just latch or pump every 2 to 3 hours without fail through the night.

This is to be taken after delivery. Take fenugreek supplements to boost milk supply. Most important is to drink more water.
