paracetamol is better, less side effects, ibuprofen not good for stomach, only use ibuprofen 1-2 hours after use paracetamol if the fever not subsided, it works fast for high grade fever but will cause faster heartbeat

Panadol (Paracetamol) for fever above 37.5°C Ibuprofen for fever higher than 38.5°C
