Change sleeping timing

Hi mummies. Is it normal to have a change in your sleeping timing? I used to sleep at midnight and wake up at 8am but now, I am wide awake at 5.30am. I'm in my.first trimester only.

yes normal :) i usually sleep early but during my 3rd tri, i sleep at 2am! so don't worry much. take care!
