Midnight feed

Should I wake baby up at the same timing for midnight feed or let him sleep and wake up himself for feed if he need? 7mths old baby #advicepls

We did not feed in the midnight at this age. Honestly we dont really feed in the middle of the night. My ger slept thru the night pretty early..
