Baby’ Heartbeat

Hi Mummies, most of my friends are telling me that when I feel a tiny pulse in my belly button it’s indicate that it’s my baby’s heartbeat but is it normal if I don’t feel a tiny pulse near my belly button? Just worrying since I have a case before where I had a miscarriage because my baby don’t have a heartbeat. :(
