No heartbeat or kicks in my tummy

Hello i'm pregnant with my 3rd child, had also a miscarriage history to my second child. I have a lot of thoughts and questions rn it was totally different from my previous pregnancies, I bleed last weeks after that i also vomit back then many weeks i dont feel any kicks or heartbeat in my tummy. i'm worried rn 😭🥹 please give me some advice
