my baby going thru this now too somehow they will get back to normal after this period. my baby taking 2 nap both add up about 3 hour a day. her sleep regression is at night she refuse to sleep. but usually her bed time from 9pm to 9am.
I think my baby dropped to 1 nap around that age too. 1.5-2hrs if possible? Unless baby sleeps a lot at night?
