hi mummies!
my LO is currently 17 mo and has been sleeping too long that he misses breakfast some days.
LO usually sleeps around 9:30-10pm-ish sometimes 11pm 🤕 i dont know exactly how long he naps a day since i work full time (in-laws helper takes care of LO full day) but roughly napping between 1-2hrs once a day.
nowadays, he’s been waking up around 10-11am in the morning and skips breakfast altogether.
how do i navigate around his sleeping schedule so he doesnt miss out on his 3 meals a day? do we need to change his sleeping routine/timing? please help 😭
