Number of sleeping hours for 20 months old toddler

Hi mummies, what time does your toddler sleeps at night? And how many hours is sufficient? My boy is in full day playgroup so he took dinner at 6.30-7pm and 9.30 has his milk before sleeping. He wakes up at 7.30am for his sch. Not sure if the night time too late ?
