Hi there, My son usually takes a 2-3 hour nap in the afternoon and goes to bed about 9.30/10pm at night. I find that when he doesn’t nap, his quality of sleep at night is affected. He would wake up crying. I think it’s important to have a good sleep routine and sleep hygiene. No screens an hour before bed is best!
baka nag iba po yung body schedule ni baby kase usually nag chachange ang body clock nila ee pero mommy itrain mo lang na maaga matulog o di kaya gumamit ka ng Tiny Buds sleepy time oil or stick ons imassage or idikit mo sa kanyang damit para kumalma si baby mo at makatulog 😉
