I have the same experience!!! π I think one thing that helped is I need to stop thinking about cup noodles. The more I think the more I crave. Nowadays I settle for milk, raisin bread, jam biscuits or cereal with milk. Iβm not sure if itβs better than noodles, but feels healthier π make more trips to the grocery store and see what you can accept and can keep you full
My husband bought me NutriGrains to eat. It was suggested by a Dietician, helped me with getting nutrients when I can't eat well. Taste good too, maybe u can try!
maybe can try energy bars/granola bars like from Yogood or Nature Valley for your in-between meals/snacks.
Or you can buy those instant cereal packets, just add hot water
