Pregnancy bloating & reflux

Hi! Any food/meal ideas for me to have to avoid bloating and acid reflux? I tend to feel tummy pain due to bloating bloating and feel burning sensation in my esophagus after a meal... Thanks in advance

Fever in pregnancy

Hi please help! I’m 8 weeks along and I am having a fever. I had symptoms of sore throat, then fever, runny nose and cough. The sore throat went away after 3 days. However, the fever has persisted for 5 days already. Temperature has been going between 37.4deg to 38.4deg at its highest. I went to the hospital and got swabbed. I’m negative for Covid. They gave me plain paracetamol and told me to only take it if my temperature is very high. I only took it when my fever reached 38deg. My temperature is mostly stuck at 37.8deg, but after a nap now it’s 38deg again. I’m worried that my fever might lead to birth defects. Please share your experience and what I should do. Which week best to go Gynae check up

Hi! I’m about 4 weeks pregnant now, 2nd baby. I’m wondering which week to go Gynae check up to save money 😅 cos the previous time I went to early end up spent more money cos more sessions required. TIA!

Leaving your baby with maid at home

I will be home for the first 3 months after birth, then I'll have to go back to work. So I'm wondering how old should your baby be that u can leave your baby with the maid alone at home? I'm worried if something happens my maid cannot handle it alone of if she wasn't paying attention. My mother in law is retired and I can ask her to help me look after our baby. Let me know what you guys did! Thanks in advance!
