Every brand is different. When you buy the formula, it comes with instructions printed on the tin, and the tin should also come with its own scoop. Generally, the instructions will tell you how much water to add per scoop (most brands I’ve seen will give instructions based on 30ml/60ml per scoop). To make 100ml of formula, follow the instructions to make 90ml, because 90ml of water + the powder somehow makes about 100ml of formula:)

According to instruction given, pour water 1st follow by milk powder, if it's 90ml it will probably end up with 100ml

Mix the formula with amount of water per the guide on the formula tin. Then feed 100ml of the mixed formula milk.

Formula milk is normally by x30ml. So it is wise to prepare 90ml or 120ml
