I use stretch mark cream during 2nd trimester. I’ve previously used mama’s choice and Palmer's, Cocoa Butter massage lotion. I still prefer Palmer’s Cocoa Butter! It’s not as oily as other stretch mark cream and fully absorb into the skin. I used so much in my first pregnancy and had so much leftover which I will be using for my current pregnancy.
Start whenever you feel up for it. I wanted to start from 1st trimester but I feel sick most of the time that I just wanna go to bed early… I rotate between: Morning: Bio-oil / L’occitaine Supple Oil + Bioderma lotion (just for hydration) Evening: Clarins Huile Tonic + Body Partner
Depending on budget but I think all should have the same efficacy. I rotate between these 3: • Bio-oil • L’occitaine Supple Oil • Clarins Huile Tonic + Body partner
