hello fellow mom! apart from the things we already know (no alcohol, no smoking, no raw seafood ..), i basically eat everything else in moderate .. honestly speaking, i eat whatever i want and not the all healthy food kind of person .. so far so good, passed my glucose test and baby is all healthy .. i can even fast during this ramadan period with no issues .. 26 weeks now .. most importantly is, keep being active, positive and happy always .. don't forget your folic and prenatal vits! hehe!
best to keep eating your prenatal vitamins, and exercise every week if possible.
