Food for Third Trimester

Going into third trimester soon ☺️ what are some of the foods we can eat in third trimester? I heard coconut is good for third trimester but not sure when we can start eating

I believe everything is up for grabs as long as it’s in moderation. I think green leafy veggies and foods high in fibre are extremely important to avoid constipation in the earlier part of the first trimester. Coconut is fine too!! I drank lots of coconut water in my last trimester :) I like this list of food items that I found off Google coz it’s quite a comprehensive one: Also, do space your meals apart and perhaps try eating 6 small meals instead of 3 large ones? As tummy gets bigger I found it helped me prevent heartburn and that bloated discomfort. Have fun!
