Omg me too !! I’m at week 13 and because of nausea I only gained about 1KG :/ hopefully it will get better in 2nd tri…

me also but sometimes i feel i eat alot just to stop nausea. i scared i gained too mich weight because of that also

I only start my MS on second trimster... it’s normal but remember to keep yourself hydrated

Yah, same here! So I always keep biscuits in my bag. Once I feel nauseous, I'll eat it.

It’s normal. Can try to keep some plain Meiji biscuits and munch on them whenever needed.

same. keep the Meiji crackers by your side at all times. chew on them before nausea comes.

Very normal for me. I need to eat small meals every 3 hours else the nausea will escalate

It’s normal. Take hot ginger water to relieve and take small frequent meals instead.
