Breastfeeding

Hi mummies, can i ask if its normal to get nipples like that? Is this a clog and what should i do? The yield has been lower as well but my breasts are not engorged

It looks normal to me. Clean it with cotton bud or soft cloth wet with warm water before and after feeding or pumping

    Its a little pain when i pump but otherwise I've been putting hot compress and its much better now, thanks!
