Breastfeeding

Hi mummies, can i ask if its normal to get nipples like that? Is this a clog and what should i do? The yield has been lower as well but my breasts are not engorged

Looks alright to me. Any pain? Your yield maybe dip to other reasons

    Its a little pain when i pump but otherwise I've been putting hot compress and its much better now, thanks!
