wrist ache
Hello mummies, how do you support yourself to prevent or overuse of wrist after baby starts gaining weight?? Any exercise or stretches for wrist that can reduce inflammation of joints due to overuse?
My wrist suffered from inflammation, seen doc a few times but the pain only ease for awhile. Went to tcm and is okay now. In the meantime, during the treatment period, I was told to wear wrist guard.
Hey, Use wrist guard and also change positions while carrying the baby so that the weight gets distributed from time to time
I exercise my wrist and hold it in close position ( like punching) when I carry my baby
Can go TCM massage or dip hand in hot water to promote blood circulation
