What do you mummies do about wrist pain??

I'm assuming you're referring to the pain when you move your thumb backwards. That's De Quervain's syndrome. Very common for mothers with young children. I had that twice and used the brace from Futuro. Get the one that supports the thumb. Once you minimize thumb movement, it should be minimal pain. If it's very bad, see a doctor for painkillers but if you're breastfeeding, inform the doctor. I had a steroid jab as the pain was so bad.

The Futuro thumb stabiliser helped minimize movement. Change the way you carry baby too to avoid hurting again. I went to GP for paracetamol & ibuprofen; was also hiven ketoprofen patches. You can also place ice pack on the wrist to reduce inflammation. Takes time to heal - took me close to 2 months.
