My kids take Comvita Manuka Honey (http://www.comvita.com/products/children's-manuka-honey-elixir-with-lemon/H2966). This one is formulated for children above 2 (best to check with them if it can be taken by children above 1). I bought mine from GNC, They have other range of manuka honey sold there too. Maybe best to check which one is suitable for your child with the staff there.

Hi there! Honey fanatics here :) I give my child Comvita Winter Wellness Children’s Manuka Honey Elixir, My husband bought it from honeycity.com.sg as I lived in Singapore now and they can deliver the product right in front of my condo door. Very convenient!

I give honey water instead. For cough, i would usually try to elimate those phlegm inducing food and i would go with TCM for cough as western cough medication usually not good for kids
