Hi, Anyone of you giving Manuka Honey for your tots? What do you give it with? I'm thinking of starting my lo on Manuka. Any brands to recommend?

Children below 1year old should never consume honey. It will be good if you start after 2years old. Can check with Yummi House for the correct UMF for your child age group. It's important to check the UMF before serving your child

Based on a friend's recommendation, I've started to give this Manuka honey for my 2.5yo for abt a month now. 1/2 a teaspoon a day plain followed by some warm water. I got it from Hock Hua.
