Honey safe for pregnancy?

Do you had honey during your pregnancy? Example: One teaspoon of honey a day or mix with lukewarm water to drink.. thanks! ?

Yes i had it during pregnancy in place of other sweet stuff. Just dont give it to infants under 12mo!

get a ice honey or honey lemon from koi, playmade. its okay to have it once a while
