Sweat a lot

Mummies, did you sweat a lot during your confinement? I sweat a lot even though the aircon is turned on, I woke up with my hair all wet with sweat, is it normal?

Yes normal as ur body is trying to get rid of excess water in ur system.. The heaty confinement food contributed too!

Me too. I sweat alot too But I more like oil leh due to didn't wash hair) : at least you still get to on air con. Nono for me.
