Hi mummies and daddies, my 10wk LO has been spitting out milk sometime vomit (alternate days) since 6wk. She does cough at times and arch her back occasionally. Should I bring her to PD for diagnosis or this is normal and will go away with time? She's on full latch bf now.

Try burping baby after every feed to clear any air during feeding. Sometimes it xould be that tummy is upset but she doesn't know how to express. Coughing could be due to the airways that is slightly narrowed and thus causing her to cough to clear the airway. Arching her back is quite common among kids nowadays. Don't worry. Should you still be concern, you can opt to bring her to the PD to get her checked.

Do burp baby after each feed even though you are fully latching baby now. Sometimes, it could be colic that causes baby to be uncomfortable. Do watch for any signs or differences in baby. When in doubt, feel free to bring to PD or GP to get it check out. Always trust your gut feelings.
